Introducing the Magazine exclusively for market dominant real estate brokerages. Network Communications is proud to introduce REALTY Magazine, the magazine that is all about you and the area you call home.

REALTY Magazine is a co-produced publication between Network Communications and larger real estate brokerages. In each seasonal issue we publish stories about you, your area and the market you service. Your only requirement is to help supply 1-2 articles per season. We ask that these articles focus specifically on you, your agency, and the area you service. Creative control is entirely in your hands, and we always welcome your ideas. REALTY Magazine will also contribute 2-3 additional generic real estate related articles which you can pick out of our articles database. These articles are ours, so you are always welcome to make changes to them as well.

Our business model is to produce the magazine for brokerages like yours at no cost, in exchange for distribution. We do all the layout, the graphic design and you proof it before we print. That’s it. We find advertisers, companies interested in reaching home buyers and sellers. All we ask of you is to distribute the magazine to your agents who in turn provide them to their active customers. The advertiser gets results, and so do you. Your magazine is the ultimate listing tool.



It is a combination of news of your brokerage and articles of interest to people buying and selling homes. REALTY Magazine is not only a free marketing tool, but a way to communicate with your agents. There will be pages reserved for up and coming events, company meetings, bulletins, special announcements, and a note from your leadership.

The ultimate goal of REALTY Magazine is to provide market share results, informing your agents and their active clients of the reasons your brokerage became a success. The magazine allows potential buyers and sellers the information why they should work with you and why you are a top agency. It is the ultimate presentation of your business because it’s all about you. It is the marketing magazine for the brokerage that thought they had everything.

Only dominant brokerages can qualify for this service. The magazine is printed on premium quality satin coated 80-pound paper. It is four- color throughout. It looks fantastic and it is high quality.
